Patient self-referral
You may request an assessment directly for gastroscopy, colonoscopy or both. This route can be used for screening, surveillance, previous polyps or upper-GI abnormalities, or investigation of symptoms. The practice reviews the information before confirming the most appropriate next step.

Do not include patient names, identification numbers, diagnoses, medical history, clinical reports or other confidential health information in ordinary email or WhatsApp. Our staff will advise referring practitioners how to transfer clinical records through an approved secure channel.

Direct referral for doctors
Referring practitioners can request gastroscopy, colonoscopy or combined endoscopy directly. Advanced lesions, EUS, ERCP, cholangioscopy and therapeutic endoscopy can be identified in the same referral.
