Professor Noel is Associate Professor of Surgery at the University of the Free State. He has authored or co-authored more than 50 international peer-reviewed publications, including work published in JAMA, The Lancet and the British Journal of Surgery (BJS). His research spans HPB oncology, pancreatic cancer, gallbladder cancer, global surgery and advanced gastrointestinal practice.
